“I want to make clear I have never stayed downtown with pets before. Never even thought about where the dogs would go potty. The hotel is pet friendly so thought they would have an area for them. The nearest grass area was in the ally a bit away. Would not have taken the dogs out by myself, got my husband up to come with. When checking in the attendant kept taking other people even though we had two dogs in the lobby just waiting. Finally someone let us go ahead when the attendant called……

“DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE!!!!! I called on Sunday night to ask about a deposit and they said there wasnt one, get there Monday to check in and they say there's a deposit the policy went into effect that day. So we went and did some Uber deliveries and Walmart deliveries to make the money pull back up at 930 before check in cut off time and get told that they have no rooms and they sold out even tho I had already paid for the room! Didn't even bother to try and find us a different hotel. Absolutely……

“The location was great. The front desk clerk and a couple of the housekeepers was wonderful and friendly. What I didn’t like is that my room smelled like a wet dog. And the continental breakfast area was very unkept while service was going. I went down there at 9 AM. Most of everything was gone and it was dirty.”

“The bar staff was very attentive and friendly. The front desk staff was great as well, I did wake up with a migraine and went down to the front desk inquiring on purchasing some advil or tylenol and unfortunately they were out, no fault of their own, and directed me to the nearest gas station a few blocks away. My mattress had a large dent across the width of the bed right at mid-back level. I had already unpacked and gotten organized before I noticed it so I did not ask about changing rooms……
